Cancellations
1.1 Order Not Yet Processed
• If your order has not been processed or fulfilled, it can be cancelled by the customer through their Valo Spaces account or by contacting our support team via email at admin@valospaces.com.
• While cancellation is not always guaranteed, successful cancellation of an unprocessed order will result in a full refund. Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 1-3 business days, depending on the transaction method.
1.2 Order Processed and Shipped
• Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it becomes non-cancellable. If the customer refuses delivery for any reason, two-way logistics charges will be applied during the refund process. These charges range from ₹800 to ₹2800, depending on the weight and destination of the shipment.
• The refund will be processed once the shipment has been confirmed as returned to our facility. This process may take 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect in the original payment source.
Disclaimer: Free shipping provided by Valo Spaces applies only to successful transactions. If a customer cancels or refuses an order after it has been shipped, the associated shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Returns
Valo Spaces implements a parts replacement/return policy under specific conditions outlined below:
2.1 Return Eligibility
• Products are eligible for return or parts replacement within 10 days from the delivery date if:
• The product delivered differs from what was ordered.
• The product is physically damaged or found defective upon opening.
• Missing parts or accessories that were described as “In the Box” are not included.

2.2 Reporting Damages
• Any product received in a damaged state must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, along with supporting photo/video evidence. Reports made after 72 hours may not be accepted.
2.3 Replacement Process
• Valo Spaces reserves the right to address return requests involving transit damage, missing items, or incorrect deliveries by sending replacement parts or items free of charge within a specified timeframe. If replacement parts are unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
• The company may also opt to process refunds as vouchers redeemable on the Valo Spaces website.
2.4 Conditions for Refunds and Vouchers
• Refunds may be issued back to the original payment source or as vouchers at Valo Spaces’ discretion.
2.5 Important Considerations
• Minor deviations in product dimensions or slight color variations due to display settings or photography do not qualify for returns unless they impact functionality. The return policy does not cover these types of imperfections.
Renewed Products – Cancellation & Return Policy
3.1 Cancellation of Unprocessed Renewed Orders
• If an order for a renewed product has not been processed, customers may cancel it through their Valo Spaces account or by emailing admin@valospaces.com.
• Successfully cancelled orders will result in a full refund, processed within 2-5 business days.
3.2 Cancellation After Processing
• Once processed and shipped, renewed products cannot be cancelled. If delivery is refused, two-way logistics charges will apply, ranging from ₹800 to ₹2800 based on weight and delivery location.
• Refunds will be initiated once the product returns to our warehouse, taking 4-7 business days to reflect in the original payment source.
