Do you ship to my city and location?
Valo Spaces partners with some of the most reliable courier services in India, including FedEx, BlueDart, and Delhivery Couriers. These partners cover most major cities across the country. If your delivery location is in a rural area or distant from major urban centers, we encourage you to share your pin code with us before placing your order. For deliveries classified as Outside Delivery Address (ODA), additional charges may apply, which will be communicated to you beforehand.
Estimated Delivery Time
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 days after order confirmation. Post-dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 6-10 days to reach your address. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. If there is a delay, please do not hesitate to contact us for an update, or we will proactively inform you.
Shipping Costs
Are there any shipping charges or additional hidden charges?
Standard shipping is free of charge for most locations. When you enter your pin code during the checkout process, we will inform you whether delivery to your location is available and if there are any additional charges applicable.
Delivery Inspection
What should I check when the product is delivered to me?
For products requiring assembly, we include detailed assembly instructions. It is important to register for the product warranty on our website within 30 days of delivery to activate your warranty coverage. Note that not all products come with a 1-year warranty; specific warranty terms are provided on the product page.
Damaged Product Policy
What if I receive a damaged product?
We take utmost care during the packaging process to ensure the quality of products delivered to you. If you receive a product with damage, please email images of the damaged parts to admin@valospaces.com. Our team will review your submission and respond within 2 business days. Depending on the damage assessment, we will either repair the product or arrange for a replacement.
Order Cancellation
Can I cancel the order?
We are proud of our curated product designs. However, if you wish to cancel an order due to unforeseen reasons or space constraints, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations beyond this time frame may not be processed under any given circumstances.
Delivery Issues
What if my product is marked as delivered but I have not received it?
If your order status shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, security personnel, or other household members. If they have not received it, contact us at admin@valospaces.com. We will register your complaint and escalate it to the courier service for investigation, which may take 7-14 business days. Updates will be provided as we receive information from the courier team.
Note: Complaints regarding non-received deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of the marked delivery time, as per courier policy. Queries received beyond this period may not be accepted for investigation.
